Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Holy Bible App: Prayer to God mobile application (the "App") and the website holybible.world (the "Site"), operated by Bible Prayer ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading the App or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App and Site

The App and Site are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse them — including attempting to reverse engineer the App, scrape or republish substantial portions of the Site's content, or use either in a way that violates applicable law.

2. Content is spiritual encouragement, not professional advice

The App and Site provide prayers, devotional content and Scripture for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, mental-health, legal, financial or otherwise. If you are struggling with your health, anxiety, grief or a crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services. Prayer content that mentions topics such as healing or anxiety is devotional in nature and makes no promises of outcomes.

3. Scripture

Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain. Our original prayers, devotional text, app design and website content are protected by copyright.

4. Intellectual property

The App, the Site, and their original content (excluding public-domain Scripture) — including text, prayers, design, graphics and logos — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms of Service. You may share brief excerpts of Site content with attribution and a link.

5. Your journal content

Anything you write in the App's journal is yours. It is stored on your device and we do not access it (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your entries.

6. App Store terms

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide support for it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App or Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose (which, for a free app, may be zero).

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, the Apple App Store). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes to the App, Site and Terms

We may update, change or discontinue features of the App or Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or App if these Terms are violated.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
